connect.00 is a nightlife concierge platform that helps users discover and reserve VIP tables or guestlist access to events, lounges, and clubs in Lebanon and other top global nightlife destinations.

We are not a venue, and we do not host or operate the events. We act only as an intermediary between users and third-party venues. We do not collect payments or guarantee entry — all final decisions are at the discretion of the venue.

3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Providing accurate and truthful information during bookings

  • Complying with all venue rules, including age limits, dress codes, and behavior policies

Entry may be denied by the venue if you fail to meet their requirements.

4. Bookings and Venue Policies

  • All bookings made through connect.00 are forwarded directly to the venue or promoter.

  • Entry is not guaranteed until confirmed by the venue.

  • connect.00 is not responsible for last-minute changes, venue closures, denied entries, or changes in event lineups.

  • Users are encouraged to arrive on time and follow all club policies to ensure a smooth experience.

5. Payments and Fees

connect.00 does not process any payments through its platform.
Any payments for tables or services are handled directly between the user and the venue or promoter.

We are not responsible for any disputes arising from those payments.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

As connect.00 does not process payments or control venue policies, all cancellations or refund requests must be addressed directly with the venue or organizer involved.

We are not liable for any denied refund requests.

7. No Endorsement or Guarantee

While we aim to list reputable venues and events, connect.00 does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or truthfulness of any venue, event, or listing on our platform.

We do not endorse any specific club, promoter, or artist.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, connect.00 will not be liable for:

  • Denied entry or guestlist errors

  • Venue changes or cancellations

  • Any injury, loss, or damages that occur at or around a venue

Use of our platform is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and design elements on connect.00 are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
