• If connect.00 cancels your booking due to an emergency or other valid reason, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation or redirecting you to alternative options.

4. Your Cancellation Requests

• connect.00 may assist in communicating your situation but refunds are subject to venue or promoter terms.

5. Booking Confirmation and Admission

• Always ensure you receive booking confirmation from the venue or promoter.

• Admission is ultimately at the venue’s discretion. connect.00 cannot guarantee entry or services.
